Sandra Rowland

Independent Board Director and Audit Committee Chair, Fortifi Food Processing Solutions

Sandra joined Fortifi Food Processing Solutions in 2024 as the Audit Committee Chair and has more than 25 years of experience in financial management. She is also a member of the board of directors and audit and human resources committees of industrial manufacturer Oshkosh Corporation (NYSE: OSK).

Sandra previously served as Chief Financial Officer (CFO) and Senior Advisor to Xylem Inc. (NYSE: XYL), a $27 billion leader in water technology for public utility, residential, commercial, agriculture and industrial markets.

Prior to her experience at Xylem, Sandra held positions as Executive Vice President and CFO of Harman International Industries Inc., a leader in the design and engineering of electronic and audio products. Before joining Harman, Rowland held a number of positions at Eastman Kodak Company, including CFO of the Commercial Segment. Earlier in her career, Rowland advised technology companies in the audit and business advisory practice of PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP.

Sandra graduated from Lafayette College with her B.A. in economics and business and holds her M.B.A. in administration from the University of Rochester.
