Josh Weisenbeck

Board Director, Fortifi Food Processing Solutions

Josh Weisenbeck joined KKR in 2008 and leads the industrials team within the KKR Americas Private Equity platform. He also holds membership positions on the organization’s investment, portfolio management, global conflicts and compliance committees.

Josh has been actively involved with the investments in Capsugel, Capital Safety, Ingersoll Rand (formerly Gardner Denver), Hyperion Materials & Technologies, Minnesota Rubber and Plastics, GeoStabilization International, Novaria Group, Flow Control Group, Charter Next Generation and Fortifi. He currently sits on the boards of Hyperion Materials & Technologies, Novaria Group, Flow Control Group, Charter Next Generation and Fortifi. He also served as Director of Capital Safety during KKR’s ownership from 2012 to 2015, of Capsugel from 2011 to 2017, of BrightView from 2015 to 2022, of Minnesota Rubber & Plastics from 2018 to 2022 and of Ingersoll Rand (previously Gardner Denver) from 2013 to 2021.

Prior to joining KKR, Josh was with Onex Corporation and focused on industrials private equity transactions, including Onex’s investment in Allison Transmission. Prior to Onex, he worked for Lazard.

Josh holds his B.A. in political economy with honors, magna cum laude, Phi Beta Kappa, from Williams College. He is a former trustee of the Brownstone School and is a current member of the board of directors of The Doe Fund.
