Josh Stiever

President, Bettcher Industries

Josh Stiever is the President of Bettcher Industries, which includes our Bettcher & Cantrell-Gainco businesses.  He has been with the organization since April of 2022.

Josh began his career at Illinois Tool Works (ITW) in 2006 where over a nine-year period he held positions in marketing, product development, sales leadership and general management.  He then spent two years with The Marmon Group as President of a global compressor manufacturing company before heading to IDEX Corporation from 2017 to 2022 where he was the Group President for the Industrial Pumps Division.   Josh has spent most of his career successfully optimizing manufacturing organizations through disciplined P&L management and customer-back innovation.

Josh graduated from the University of Wisconsin – Madison with a bachelor’s degree in both Marketing and Real Estate and later received his M.B.A in General Management from there as well.
