Fortifi Completes Acquisition of Deighton Manufacturing UK Ltd

UK firm brings over 25 years of forming, portioning, coating and frying technology to Fortifi

THE WOODLANDS, TX., July 2, 2026 – Fortifi Food Processing Solutions (“Fortifi”), a global leader in food processing automation, announced today that it has completed its acquisition of Deighton Manufacturing UK Ltd (“Deighton”), a leading provider of forming, portioning, coating and frying equipment. The acquisition reflects Fortifi’s broader strategy to offer complete, full-line solutions that serve the needs of food processors of all sizes.

The Deighton acquisition includes production capabilities in the protein, fish, dairy and bakery sectors for a broad range of food processing customers, with strong geographic coverage across the UK and Europe, and growth markets in Latin America, India and Southeast Asia. Deighton joins Frontmatec, Provisur and Wyma as the company’s fourth brand with a UK presence, expanding Fortifi’s local footprint and customer access in the market.
