Fortifi Companies Demonstrated Further Processing Solutions at ProPak Asia 2026

Thani, Bangkok, Thailand. In three separate booths, Provisur, Nothum, LIMA, Bettcher and Cantrell-Gainco demonstrated technologies for meat-bone separation, multi-mode breading, trimming and meat recovery.

Provisur presented its STS Belt Separator, which maintains fiber integrity and structure with low temperature rise while it removes bone fragments and cartilage from fish and seafood. The unit’s simple operation includes patented automatic pressure control and easy HMI-designed onscreen storage of product recipes.

Nothum highlighted its SuperFlex four-in-one homestyle breading machine, which provides consistent yields in flat, drum, tripleflip and handtoss modes. This versatile performer replaces multiple machines with one efficient piece of equipment that achieves changeovers in mere minutes.

In the booth for Thailand-based distributor KW Global Technology Co., Ltd., three Fortifi companies impressed attendees with their output efficiency. The LIMA RM 170 S meat-bone separator produces high-quality mechanically separated meat (MSM) at yields of 40%-45% on pork back bones and neck bones, and up to 80%-85% on chicken carcasses. It provides continuous operation and low energy consumption in an ergonomic small-footprint design.

Also in KW Global’s booth, Bettcher presented the Quantum Flex and Flex+ Trimmer lines for improved performance and durability with any Bettcher motor system. Cantrell-Gainco showcased two pieces of poultry processing equipment, including the Cantrell-Gainco Viscera Stripper for optimized gizzard recovery and the Cantrell-Gainco Gizzard Harvester to process up to 175 gizzards per minute.
